AS FAR AS I KNOW there is neither an English translation nor a Japanese issue distributed outside Japan. Your best bet would be to try contacting the author Turumi Wataru or his publisher Ota Shuppan — perhaps through your country's Japanese embassy or consulate or through any friends you may have living in Japan.
